Medisure Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated medical distribution company that focuses on the supply of surgical sutures. We understand and cater to the requirements of New Zealand medical professionals whilst providing an excellent quality of products with very cost effective prices. 

Medisure Limited is very excited to announce that we are the sole supplier of the Katsan suture brand within New Zealand. Established in 1976, Katsan has had more than 35 years of experience in providing the need for quality and safe products with an environment friendly approach which is always human oriented. With over 40 distributors to more than 25 countries and counting, Katsan provides 4,250 types of sutures that meet the demand for medical professionals worldwide. Medisure Limited is very pleased to be able to offer New Zealand with a wide variety of Katsan products that have all been MedSafe New Zealand assessed.

All Katsan products are manufactured in ISO Class 8 clean room standards and in an environment where biological, chemical and physical conditions are under constant control.
Katsan sterilizes its products with Ethylene oxide in ISO 11135 standards.
Katsan maintains its production activities under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and in accordance with GMP rules.
Raw material and other inputs are stored according to international standards, and assembly and packaging are performed again in accordance with these standards.
Each stage of production is carried out within the frame of GMP rules, under the supervision of expert quality control personnel and with equipment that has modern hardware. 
Products are packed with packages that keep humidity values under control and preserve their sterile status.
